Philadelphia's plan for FDR Park is audacious and achievable with the support of public, corporate, and philanthropic partners. Today the Master Plan is revealed to the public. The city's first investments in FDR Park will start in 2019 with the paving of the loop road and new roof for the future Welcome Center.
