Pleasant Hill Park is home to a historic fish hatchery and fishing pier, wetlands, a playground, and a much-loved boat launch and river walk. This wonderful park has a brand new Friends Group, and we are excited to be partnering with and supporting them in their newly redoubled efforts to maintain and advocate for Pleasant Hill.

The morning will feature the planting of seven new trees along the fishing ponds at Pleasant Hill Park in celebration of the 70th anniversary of Almo Corporation, a northeast Philadelphia-based company that is donating a total of 70 trees to Philadelphia’s parks in honor of its anniversary.
